If you are a Spa Practitioner do Esthetics or hair, please call and ask us for our Professional Price List. We are able to offer certain discounts to you so you can use our wonderful, natural products in your practice without paying full price.  

How to Order – Create an account with your company name and business number. Once approved all wholesale pricing will be avaliable online once you login. You can also phone or email and we will setup the account for you.

Minimum orders – wholesale pricing starts at minimum orders of $150.00

Payment - All orders are to be paid upon placement of order, or upon receipt in the case of local customers. If, after six months of ordering and proof of good credit, we may extend credit in the terms of Net 15. We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque or money order. All purchases are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping and Handling - Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We pass along our savings to you, there are no upcharges. We charge a small fee of $ 3.00 for packaging and handling. If you reside in the United States, you will be responsible for any customs or brokerage fees that may arise from your shipment, we are not able to say when those charges may apply.  Read more...

Returns and Backorders - We will, at our discretion, accept returns of packaged product if within it’s due date and in good condition. If something is not selling for you, it shouldn’t stay on your shelf. We cannot accept returns of soap more than one month after purchase. If you place an order and we do not have something ready in stock (ie: soap is still curing), we will make a note of it, and process the balance of the order when that product is ready.
